Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over £50
  • Basic tracking included

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and tags
  • Process Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Professional Equipment

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • All Angle Grinder Accessories (potential wear from test use)
  • Bench Grinders And Whetstones (hygiene reasons)
  • Cleaning And Treatments products (opened containers)
  • Circuit Protection devices (safety-critical components)
  • Any electrical items with broken seals

Exceptions: We may accept returns for damaged/defective items – contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories/documentation. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of the same value:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate the replacement item requested
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item

For exchanges of different value: We’ll process a partial refund or invoice for the difference after receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
