Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following professional equipment:
- All Angle Grinder Accessories (due to potential wear from test use)
- Bench Grinders And Whetstones (hygiene reasons for whetstones)
- Cleaning And Treatments products (opened containers)
- Circuit Protection devices (safety-critical components)
- Any electrical items with broken seals
Note: We may make exceptions for items that arrive damaged or defective – please contact us immediately if this occurs.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we have all necessary information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories/documentation. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) or ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item requested
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
For exchanges of different value, we’ll process a partial refund or invoice for the difference after receiving your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
